AMAZING! Some of the best sushi and hibachi we've ever had! A variety of options to suit whatever we are feeling like. also made sure we knew which sauces were gluten free for my husband since I ordered gluten-containing food. Very appreciated!!!

Maybe a glitch in Beyond menu communicating with restaurant? I choose the pick up time default, ASAP. When my wife arrived she was told the pick up time was approximately 1 hour in the future? The food was excellent as always!!!!!

A lot of local restaurants have let me down recently by messing up my order, forgetting items, tiny portions or over-cooked food. Not Ha Lu Lu! They got everything perfectly right, even read my note requests and included extras. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Thank you!!

The food is always good; however,the soup that is suppose to come with the meal was not included in the delivery. Also, the sauce that usually accompanies the spring roll was missing.

Delicious sushi! And I added an extra roll upon pickup and I was very impressed at how quick they whipped it up! I love that we can order online too. Friendly host also.

Hibachi dinners were not nearly as good as they were under the previous owners. The soups and fried rice were okay. I have noticed recently that the place is looking kind of shabby... water damage on the walls that never gets repaired, grubby handprints on the counter and chairs, that kind of thing. I ordered online and added a tip before checkout. But the delivery guy watched me sign the bill and asked why I didn't add a tip. I had to explain that I already added it when I ordered. He asked me how much it was.... Not exactly top-notch service! Probably won't be ordering from this place again. I'll miss you, Halulu! You used to be one of my favorite places when I was too tired to cook... but not any more!

We ordered sushi, but didn't get chopsticks. 4/5 stars for lack of chopsticks. 5/5 for everything else! If anyone reads this, tip your delivery guy 20%!!!
